What Is Semi-Coke

Semi-coke from Bonway Group is light black, characterized by high fixed carbon, high specific resistance, high chemical activity, low ash content, low sulfur, and Low phosphorus.

It is wildly applied to such industries as the chemical industry, metallurgic industry, and gas-making industry to produce calcium carbide, ferroalloys, ferrosilicon, ferronickel ,ferrochrome and silicon carbide, silicomanganese, fertilizer, etc. Semi coke is made from high-grade Jurassic coal as a new type of carbon material. It will substitute some metallurgical coke in producing ferroalloy products.

Why Choose Us

Semi-coke supplier by Bonway Group is light black, characterized by high fixed carbon, high specific resistance, high chemical activity, low ash content, low sulfur, and low phosphorus.

Improve the quality of the ferroalloy significantly

Reduce unit electricity consumption significantly (nearly save more than 1000 KwHr, that means 8- 10%)

Lower the cost of raw material

Easy to replace metallurgical coke, pet-coke and charcoal. And no need to upgrade your equipment

Raw Materials and Production

Our semi-coke is made from high-grade Jurassic coal and is a new type of carbon material. It can be instead of some metallurgical coke when producing ferroalloys products.

Using CDQ technology to ensure lower moisture, higher fixed carbon, high heat, lower sulfur, lower phosphorus, lower ash, higher combustion efficiency of the semi coke, which is in line with environmental standards.
